Recruitment RE-OPEN Sac_de11

Silver Arrow Command (SAC) wants to inform all pilots in Crossfire universe that our recruitment is from today OPEN again. We completely rebuild the whole recruitment process which is now much more focused on CF role-play in general. All details about recruitment can be found in "Orange Book" which is available HERE. With this was changed also other clan related documentation (Red and Black Books: HERE).
