Lieutenant Richard T.Harper (callsign BANDIT) latest activity in space brought to him few Community and and also Offensive Points. Therefore he achieved second level (Silver) for The Silver Cross of the Silver Arrows and first level (Bronze) for The Red Cross of the Silver Arrows.

Silver level of the Silver Cross of the Silver Arrows - This award is given to a member who distinguished in a number of Community Events. Silver level is the second of six.

Bronze level of the Red Cross of the Silver Arrows - This award is given to a member who participated in a number of assignments in hostile territory. Bronze level is the first of six.
