Commander Peter Kirkland (FUD) participated in Alert 128 where he got 2 new offensive points (in total 11) and he had reached on the silver level of the Red Cross of the Silver Arrows:

Silver level of Red Cross of the Silver Arrows - This award is given to a member who participated in a number of assignments in hostile territory. Silver level is the second of six.
