Josh Sanders (ROOSTER) promoted to rank Ensign

Greetings Silver Arrows,

today we have here first promotion for our newest pilot Josh Sanders, which only illustrate his willingness to comfortably settle himself in Crossfire space as active SA member. He in last few days fully prepared his first 4 ships, is working on fifth and also explored Sirius space which brought to him Sirius exploration badge. His last requirement for promotion was Fire Trial which he defacto passed when was solo in unknowns and killed there Nomad Carrier.

His skills and space knowledge is rising fast and because he fulfilled all requirement for promotion, he is ready for his new rank Ensign.

Rank Ensign, Benefits: Simple responsibilities, every doors opened. Responsibilities: Deliver good work; bring some money to the clan.

I was around to assist and I vouch for our new member of Silver Arrows, we need more individuals as well so get out there and find our peoples.

He has given me plenty of dedication and shown me he is ready. I see him going far and sticking to it. He has been working all day yesterday to get things situated to be part of Silver Arrows. I gladly observed his actions during his trial and his efforts proved great.
