Lieutenant Hanzo Hasashi acquired in last days 3 Offensive points (in total 12) and he had reached second level (Silver) for Red Cross:

Silver level of Red Cross of the Silver Arrows - This award is given to a member who participated in a number of assignments in hostile territory. Silver level is the second of six.

Congratulations Lieutenant! Our last action in Inner Core yesterday was fun and above that we helped new pilot to gain his first knowledge about this dangerous space. I think this medal next level will not wait too long for you! Thumb Up Salute
