Freelancer in the Future

Post your opinions and idea's how Freelancer could be moving on in the Future. There's Star Citizen, there is still an unfinished Freelancer 2 (Even thou it's cancelled), there is Freelancer Continuum (Swat OP's Project in 2013)... Maybe more fit name for this thread is "Space sim in the Future" 
... well, I hope (personally) that at least one of those projects will offer the same fun for long time as freelancer

That's why I wrote "Freelancer in the Future" not space sim 
Cause we will discuss about Space sim that might have the same gameplay as Freelancer, or something about Freelancer. Maybe the Cancelled project will rise again
