ATTENTION ALL SILVER ARROWS PILOTS:
Due to a request from our GMG comrades and directly by the GMG High Council, we have been commissioned in this expedition to retrieve the bodies, flight recorders and any other usable salvage from the various GMG wrecks throughout the hostile United Dom occupied systems of the Inner Core. Granted, some of these are nearly impossible to reach via conventional methods due to the proximity of mines, therefore we will unfortunately have to avoid those GMG wreck locations.

Therefore, our flight path will take us through the systems of Venn, Celldra, Pyrddra, Mepther, Ryssk and finally dock at Mirtrrak Battle Station in the Weth system. The remaining GMG wrecks in the Dom Kavash Empire space in the Inner Core sector will be retrieved at a later date.

If possible, I would like to mobilize Omega Wing for this mission to take on any met resistance on this expedition. However, if we cannot form an bare minimum Omega Wing compliment, we will bring just standard VHFs to complete the mission.

Our objectives are known GMG wrecks, indicated by the red "X"s, in the systems of Venn, Celldra, Pyrddra, Mepther and Ryssk.

SCRAMBLE ALL AVAILABLE FIGHTERS TO TARGETED SYSTEM'S COORDINATES FOR RECOVERY OPERATIONS, DO NOT ENGAGE HOSTILES UNLESS YOU ARE DISRUPTED, DESTROY ANY MET ALIEN RESISTANCE WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE!

(Objective: Find all the indicated GMG Wrecks and tractor in their contents, return them to Mirtrrak Battle Station in the Weth system!)

I was in Battleship. Battleships can be like Snowplow. So I just go striaght through it. I got to the Wreck.... Couldn't get back out though. It was great! One of my favourite events this week...

And don't blame me, I was half asleep Because For some reason the NPC's were not attacking me and Orion did say that there is only one Danger and that is a minefield in another system, so I thought "Hmmm.... Let's make a cup of tea and have a slice of cake"

No Sam, that was my fail and a half there, I accept full responsibility for that utter nightmare of a IC Mission, Fud was unaware as well as everyone else except Forlon of what was in there. I should have done my research further before we even decided to go after that wreck.

My short time online yesterday was unfortunately a factor as well, I had to bail at about 23:00 servertime already (we had 1:30 of mission time left at that point and we had just gotten started) I knew well I wouldn't have had enough time to complete the mission anyway... Sad

*sigh* Hopefully we'll have better circumstances come next IC mission in two weeks...

My suggestion is use for one expedition max 2 target systems. This way we can do much better exploration and also have time for dealing with Dooms who will be unfortunate enough due theirs try stop our operation Twisted Evil

Yea, usually we only have a target in one system only Forlon, I guess I got a little too ambitious and sadly RL reared it's ugly head this weekend too... Combine that with a little miscalculation on my part of our mission intel and there you have a lovely recipe for a massive case of FAIL. Mad
