SA_FAABY promoted to Captain

The SAC is thrilled to announce that former Lieutenant Élodie vox has been promoted to the rank of Captain !

Lady Vox has been nominated to take Admiral Camille Vettel's place at the direction of the Department of Justice and Investigations. She will be overseeing discipline amongst the ranks and ensure everyone follows the rules of our organization and those of the community (server rules). With a growing group of pilots, following discipline closely and guiding the newest officers will eb the key to keep the Silver Arrows reputation high around Sirius.

In an official recommendation to the SAC High Council, Captain Martind Forlon wrote : "She work very hard all the time and I really appreciate her work. I think that she is also very good candidate for a Captain post and head of Department of Justice and Investigations". In response to this recommendation, Fleet Admiral Thomas plainly replied with "gladly", obviously thinking this promotion as absolutely deserved.

In addition, the newest SA Captain will be given command of a the new Lambda Wing of which details should be announced soon.

To Admiral Thomas, SAC, and all SA members,

I wanted to thank you all and SAC for the honor you are giving me!

It really came as a surprise for me to learn from Captain Forlon
the retirement of Admiral Camille Vettle. I will give my best to try to
lead the department of Justice and Investigations as it comes with
high responsabilities. I just hope to be up to the challenge, and to be
worthy of the trust you put in me.

I will need some time and guiding from senior officers in order to fulfill
my duties the best I can. In the meantime, I will be moving to my new
desk office (I am already enjoying the new private quarters!) and get
myself acquainted with current matters and files requiring help from
Department of Justice and Investigations.
(I will also make a formal request for investing into new handcuffs and whips,
if not for work... well, I'll find other uses!)

Also, I am really proud to have been designated as leader of a new upcoming wing.
Although I realize I do not have much experience yet in leading, I am hoping that
with the help of other Captains and High Command I will be able to learn quickly
(expect some mail spams!).

Thank you again for giving me the chance to take a (very important) part within
the Silver Arrows. I am glad my work seems to have pleased SAC, it is a real
pleasure to have fun (err and work too!) among you all!

You'll be great and i gotta tell you that the department you got probably has less paperwork than others... The only report you'll have to do is "Who didn't clean his/her room well" twice a week.... biggrin

Somehow, in the back of my mind, I always had figured the Admiral had planned to put you as Director of Justice and Investigations Faaby. (having a fictional female officer as head of Justice and Investigations was a subtle clue, nice one Admiral! Wink

) I just didn't expect it woud be this soon! biggrin

it was no trick, troubles started to happen AFTER she was nominated... Perhaps i just didnt see them all before ! And perhaps by tellign other clans they said "hey, now they have soemone dedicated to hear our complaints ! let's fill her office !!!"
