Commander Peter Kirkland (Call-sign FUD) recent participations in the Community Events brought to him two additional Community points (in total 26) and therefore he can be awarded with Platinum level of the Silver Cross:

Platinum level of Silver Cross of the Silver Arrows - This award is given to a member who distinguished in a number of Community Events. Platinum level is the fourth of six.
