Freelancer Background : Well, I've discovered FL since 2003 when it appeared. In that time, I was playing StarLancer and right after I got this game, I was kinda shocked when I realized they connected. I played for a while singleplayer mods like, Rebalance to enhance my campaign, then Free Worlds that first star wars mod that I appreciated alot because I am a Star Wars fan . Some years later I begun my "online activity" with Discovery, first playing as a Deep Space Engineering trader. After there were some problems with the faction, I found some individuals and created an Order affiliated faction Cerberus. I was 2nd in command for a while, after that I took command over the faction, bringing some quite big RP, mostly scientifical. From having alien contacts and adopt new technologies, to deep space exploration. I split Cerberus away from the Order and became more like a black ops group with advanced technologies over Sirius, that was until we hit the limitations of RP in Discovery, sadly. If there are ex-disco members and heard about Cerberus, they will know . I also played and am very familiar with Crossfire. I played since 1.7, was very intrigued about the coalition back then. I used to be a member of DC but I went offling for some unknown reasons, I guess beggining to work on more RP projects on Discovery (Now that place is dead for me). I also am a modder, specially a 3D Modeller, and 2D PS artist (mostly transmission bars, signatures etc , but I can do more if needed), I work on Continuum mod with SWAT OP. We will see how it will evolve. I am intrigued by the faction (especially that Scorpion contacted me and told me about it, today hehe thank you mate) because of it's RP, if you need a scientist with some crazy ideas and always in need to put his plans in heavy action, I am here.

Find one with a good shedule and ask him if he'd like to lead your Grad.Trial. Also, get involved in CF RP already, i know you've been on 1.7/8 but things have changed since then. Also, me and Snake tought to organize an event tomorrow night (Tuesday), and it would be nice for you to participate and mingle(talk ) with the people and to get to know then all. You may meet some old faces (but that's rare), because there are mostly new people here. Good luck Recruit!

About CF 1.9 'get it running' ... be sure you use clean FL install, remove write prottection from vanila FL folder files and run all (included activation) as system admin. Its huge mod, sometimes on some ppl PCs is difficult install (and mainly activate) it properly.

Please tell, if is needed help. On swat was solved many small different troubles.

I was helping him last night and this morning but i lost network conn. now on my phone (HDSPA network conn (top speed 512Kbps) so i am not really helpful

Uninstall all, clean registry, delete fl folder in documents. restart pc. install vanila FL and flmm 1.31. Both folders put to antivirus exception list (should be not needed but some AVs can do troubles). Remove 'read only' flag from all FL folder files. Install CF into flmm directory. restart pc. Activate CF in flmm as system administrator. (restart PC ... maybe not needed). Run CF and downoad all updates.

Yes that's it forlon. I got my access back but he gets kicked right after getting in Space. Sometimes he doesn't even load up. the fault mode is Freelancer.exe. and the thing he gets as an error is : APPCRASH. He's gone to reinstall OS (Operating System) so he can enjoy playing with us
