Hmmmm, reminds me of Ghost in the Shell.... Invisible assassins in broad daylight... *shivers* I wonder if invisibility cloaks will become a thing of reality in the next 20 years. Dear Lord the implications of that technology in the wrong hands is a very frightening thought though! Neutral

If it is perfected, I only hope it is a HIGHLY guarded and protected secret, I think this technology ultimately could be worse than even the atomic bomb... Shocked

There is not just microwave cloaking (radar) but also magnetic and low frequency (sonar) cloaking .,.

So imagine ... a spaceship with magnetic cloaking inside a microwave cloak ... no ways you wil lsee that monster coming .. unless you have very very good eyes ....

some day visible light cloaking will be avaialble .... i am sure

You mean something like north koreans cloaking an atomic bomb and detonating it with no one guessing they brought it there ? Evil or Very Mad

Magnetic and Sonar cloaks are interesting, a little frightening but imo much easier to produce compared to visual cloaks. Messing with a machine's reading CPU is much easier than messing with the eye... unless magicians/illusionists start working on cloaking devices....

1 thing is being invisible,
another thing is to move faster than the eye... that way, there are already ships that are invisible at human's eyes while the ships are flying Very Happy
