Hanzo Hasashi (SCORPION) promoted to rank Lieutenant

SAC is proud to announce, that our newest member Hanzo Hasashi (SCORPION) meet all needed requirements for rank Lieutenant and is promoted to this rank. Fleet Admiral Martind Forlon watched carefully Scorpion progress and commented: "Scorpion is very active young man who for sure deserve this promotion. However are still some things he need work on and PATIENCE is one from most wanted. Is very possible that if he will learn what it mean, his career will be boosted significantly. Future will show us for sure . For now are for our new Lieutenant open many new doors and access to informations. So far he decided use his skills in diplomacy and he became diplomatic officer. This is very good start and I expect in near future he can work also in another departments. Congratulations Lieutenant! "
