J'aimerais savoir si je peu patrouiller et surveiller toute personne transportant des choses illégales et donner des amendes ?

J'ai comme projet de suivre les route BMG pour surveiller les pirates ou les malfrat.

Que me conseiller vous ?

Pour les amendes, souviens-toi des limites que je t'ai données par mail.

(et vérifie bien que les suspects ont des BMG dans leur cargo avant de demander une amende)

J'ai 2 questions éventuelles :

1) Pourrais je savoir pourquoi lorsque je lance un missile en PvP mon missile ne suis presque jamais bien la cible ? existe t'il une méthode particulière pour bien envoyer un missile ?

3) j'ai croisé Sequan ce matin et il m'a parlé des Tags ASF (j'ai pas compris) apparement si on dispose d'une licence ASF il faut l'indiquer sur notre vaisseau ?

1) Can I ask why when I launch a missile missile in my PvP'm almost never really the target? is there a particular method to properly send a missile?

I was terrible at communicating because I don't speak French, but what I was trying to say is that if you gonna have an ASF license, you now need to have that ship ASF tagged. I think you got it in the end, but unused ASF licenses need to go to Faaby or a storage unit.

1/ Malheureusement nous avons tous ce problème, souvent dû à un lag du serveur. A moins de tirer à bout portant, je ne vois pas de solution miraculeuse :-/

(Unfortunately we all have this problem, often due to server lag. Unless shooting at very close range, I do not see any trick)

2/ Je ne suis pas sûre de comprendre, tu es une pilote ASF (officiellement) donc oui le/les vaisseaux que tu compte utiliser dans les engagements ASF/CSF doivent avoir ces licences (mais je t'en ai donnée une déjà l'autre jour? A moins que tu n'en ai besoin d'autres?)

about missiles:

I'm still "greenhorn" in missile usage, but I learned, that if I fire missiles at moderate distance and use above written, I had much better chance to hit when keeping target in aim cross (+ fire guns). This also work well if your target lose ship control or you out-maneuver him and you see his ship tail after turn ..then CDs + missiles = big chance to hit (he can use CMs ..but with 3CDs you still have good chance to take him out. ... and against experienced pilots is really hard use missiles, they are simply too fast(still in move and change course) for missile tracking.

About ASF license: because automatic score system count is working 24/7 is needed use ASF license only on ship designated for ASF/CSF combat (or if you use it in Arena). Otherwise if you enter combat in ASF/CSF systems and are killed by someone with CSF license in normal RP or if you did self-kill then this is counted to score and ASF/CSF results are false in result.

Pas besoin de refaire n'importe quel personnage. Vous n'avez qu'à monter licence ASF sur l'un d'eux.

Certains joueurs renommer certains vaisseau spatial, d'autres pas.

Non non! Tu n'as pas besoin de refaire un perso pour avoir "ASF" dans le nom, la licence suffie, donc tout va bien.
C'est vrai que certains joueurs ont mis le tag sur leur nom pour bien montrer leur affiliation, mais cela n'a rien d'obligatoire.
